You are a driven salesperson who has strong communication skills and knows how to deal with customers and suppliers.
You are a team player who works in a structured way with an eye for detail.
- Industry experience is not required, but certainly welcome.
- A passion for gaming and/or hardware.
You are the first point of contact for the customer, both in the store, by telephone, by mail or social media.
You ensure a correct follow-up of customer questions or problems.
You assist on Saturdays and at events where necessary.
You are the first point of contact for Gamegear’s suppliers.
You work together with your marketing colleague in setting up promotions, possibly in consultation with the suppliers.
You do stock management and ensure that we always have the right products in stock at the right price.
You follow up sales and you manage the pricing strategy of our products.
- You ensure a constant supply of new products.
